This friendly and absolutely great hotel worth its 4 stars, everything was nice. The location was unbeatable for walking around Emporium and Emquartier. The property was in a very nice area, very close to Emporium shopping mall, local shops and restaurants and the skytrain stop and the train station and shopping malls.

Make sure you stay in the executive studio with living space and a kitchenette, for instance. The location is central.

We had the most pleasant few days there. The place was fairly clean and we loved superior queen studio. Greatly enjoyed its restaurant for reasonable price, nice bonus, especially when it's humid outside.

Location: the hotel was so close to the Sukhumvit Road and Emporium shopping centre, Prom Phong skytrain station and Benjasiri Park, Emporium/EmQuartier and extremely friendly. Outstanding, spotless room with balcony, everything was nice.

Everything was nice - outstanding rooms and incredibly nice breakfasts. Attentive, decent staff towards all guests. Excellent and unbeatable location only a short distance to a benchasiri park. Also, close to the international airport in BKK. Lovely pool, parking on-site. Not to mention free wifi!

The location was comfortable, not very far from Seafood Market. We booked superior king studio with balcony and could use wake-up service, available in it.

I thoroughly enjoyed the room with amenities, the bed was extremely comfy. A walk-in shower, a dryer and robes were available there.

Its location is nice & comfy, near Bangkok and transport and Emquartier malls. Excellent service, the breakfast was incredibly nice and they have free parking if needed.

I had a fantastic time at this hotel! First of all, the location is unbeatable. It's conveniently situated near the train station and shopping malls, making it easy to explore the area. The staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, always wearing a smile. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. I particularly loved having a kitchenette in my 1 bedroom room, complete with a balcony. It was a great place to unwind and enjoy the view. Plus, having breakfast included was a big bonus. this hotel offers great value for money!

The room for the family was too small (maybe our mistake) and smelly (coming from the carpet). Also the air conditioning was not working well. The bathroom needed some flooring repairs also.
